Tips for happiness
  1. Don’t expect anything from anyone.
  2. Avoid attachment from any person or place or thing.
  3. Manage and schedule your things and time.
  4. Make a list of task in you hand and arrange them priority wise.Pick up and finish the Highest priority job first.
  5. If something wrong happens with you Just think that In
    this endless universe there are so many solar system , one of
    which is our solar system, many planets in our solar system one
    of which is our earth, many continent on earth one of which is
    Asia, many country in Asia one of which is India, many
    states in India one of which is our state for eg. Haryana, Many districts
    in Haryana one of which is for eg.Gurgaon, In Gurgaon so many
    persons living here one of is you, if something wrong happened it
    does not make a big impact on the world , world is still like the same
    , it not a big deal. So don’t get frustrated.
  6. Think Positive and be optimistic
  7. The happiest people in the world are not those who have no problems, but
    those who learn to live with things that are less than perfect
  8. Work hard , this will give you satisfaction
  9. Keep learning new things , make your life interesting keep your self busy.
  10. Do Meditation ( which includes Yog Nidra , Dhyan and Prayanam ) and
    exercise daily, it will keep you healthy because You have bliss if you have a
    healthy body. well said

चौथा सुख पुत्र आज्ञाकारी.
  1. Yoga and meditation will bring you inner peace.
  2. Do your job yourself , tasks which are in your hand gives happiness ,
    tasks in others hands gives problems.
  3. Don’t expect that other will do your job.
  4. Become 1) Physically , 2) mentally , 3) economically, 4) socially , 5) emotionally strong
  5. Follow greatest Philosophy BHAGAVAD GITA : which says Whatever happened, happened for the good; whatever is happening, is happening for the good; whatever will happen, will also happen for the good only. You need not have any regrets for the past. You need not worry for the future. The present is happening...
    जो हो रहा है अच्छा हो रहा है , जो होगा वो भी अच्छा होगा , जो हो चुका वो भी अच्छा हुआ
Also inspire your friends, other family members, relatives and neighbors and collogue about the above things. Educating other people about the same is equally important
